London South East College is looking for confident organised team administrators to work across our sites in Bexley, Bromley and Greenwich.

You should be ambitious, motivated and have a keen interest in education, in particular Further Education, be able to prioritise effectively, working within a team of administrators supporting managers and lecturers delivering vocational education.

You should have customer facing experience and possess the necessary skills to work in a busy office environment open to all students and staff, strong organisational and communication skills, with a good command of English.

You should also be able to demonstrate good attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in producing correspondence and reports with excellent IT skills particularly in Office 365 products and applications and demonstrate strong analytical and logical skills required for business administration processes and procedures.

You should have strong organisational skills required for diary management and administrative support to the Campus Heads and lecturing staff.

The successful candidate should:

* Be able to work at a fast pace, multi-tasking and flexible in your approach.

Be highly confidential.

* Have high levels of competencies in communicating and engaging with people at all levels, in particular with students.

* Have a strong ethos and positive attitude to working in the educational sector.

* Have excellent time management and organisational skills.

The administration service is open from 8.30am to 4.30pm - successful applicants will be required to work four hour shifts on either a full or part time basis, term time only.

As the College supports a number of children and vulnerable adults, all staff are exempt from Section 4(2) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Accordingly, most staff will be subject to either a 'Standard' or 'Enhanced' DBS (formerly CRB) check.
