Grade 2: £15,749.94 - £18,143.64 (actual salary £12,392.02 - £14,275.38)
Term time only - 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday) 30 weeks per year
32.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday) 6 weeks per year
We require a Senior Restaurant Supervisor to support the Restaurant Manager in the day to day running of the restaurant, including administration duties, as well as providing support to students and lecturers during practical lessons and restaurant service.
The successful applicant will be required to work a varied shift pattern between the hours of 8.00am and 10.00pm in the restaurant (subject to changes in College timetabling)
Experience in the Hospitality and Catering sector is essential with a good knowledge of SFBB.
Personal license holder preferred but not essential.
