We have an opportunity for an Hourly Paid Assessor training in Business Administration.

We are looking for people with experience in the sector who are interested in sharing their skills and developing a career in training.

The work involves delivery of theoretical and practical knowledge at the college/workplace, together with assessment in the workplace. If you have a real flair for passing your knowledge on to others, a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to act as a role model, this could be just the job for you. 

You will use College systems to ensure student data, targets and all communication is well managed and up to date. The ideal candidate will have an enthusiasm for using interactive and online learning techniques to facilitate learning.  

Qualifications in Assessing are essential but we can give on the job training if needed for the right person. Joining our vibrant and successful team, you will need excellent practical vocational skills, backed up by theoretical knowledge to develop and support our learners on their Level 2 and Level 3 courses. 

A verifier qualification is desirable although full training is offered. You will have an ability to promote, support and embed English and Maths skills within planning and delivery of all training and assessments.
