Our SEND department at our Bexley Campus has an excellent reputation for delivering personalized study programmes in our fully accessible facilities to learners with diverse needs.

We are looking to appoint an experienced individual to teach a variety of subjects including carpentry, to actively develop both independence and employability skills within our discreet SEN provision.

If you want to be part of our outstanding team, you must be enthusiastic and creative in your approach to the curriculum and have a keen interest in supporting our learners in creating items for their successful enterprise activities.

The successful candidate will need to have a strong and extensive background in working with young adults 16-25 with a wide range of learning difficulties including complex needs, MLD, ASD, visual impairments and communication difficulties. They will also have experience of using various strategies and aids to support and engage the students, including the use of visual resources.
