Starting salary of £20,331 per annum for non-qualified teachers/£22,261 for qualified teachers (pro-rata of £25,413 to £27,827 rising to £23,546 (£29,432) with experience in the role

Due to an increase in student numbers, we are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Arts Academy to teach across our Photography and visual arts programmes. We are particularly looking for a range of digital and non-digital skills. If you are looking for a new challenge and would like to utilise your strong skills and experience whilst developing your own career, this role will be both rewarding and fulfilling. You will pass on your specialist knowledge, and will be developing skills for the future.

Essential requirements are a Level 4 / 5 or above qualification or equivalent in the relevant area and/or suitable industrial experience. Experience and/or qualifications in teaching and assessing would very be advantageous, but is not essential. We welcome applications from people in industry, and will provide the necessary support to obtain your professional teaching qualification and assessor/verifier awards in-house.
You will be a self starter, who can quickly build relationships, with excellent organisation and planning ability. This is a great opportunity to invest in the next generation of professionals.
