Lecturer in Health and Social Care
Starting salary of £25,413 per annum for non-qualified teachers/£27,827 for qualified teachers, rising to £29,432 with experience in the role, plus £2040 market allowance for holding a level 3 specialist qualification. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Health and Social Care team.
Within this role you will teach across a range of courses from Entry level to Level 3 and the key duties of our Lecturers include:
• Delivering high quality teaching and learning
• Guiding and supporting learners, providing pastoral support and care
• Providing appropriate assignment material for each programme and developing our contextual learning
• Monitoring the progress, retention and achievement of learners.
Essential requirements are a minimum Level 3 and ideally a degree in Health and Social care with suitable industrial experience. The ability to teach Anatomy and Physiology and experience and/or qualifications in teaching and assessing would be advantageous.
