Programme Manger for the School of Cultural Contemporary and Heritage Studies. The role will involve the performance management of staff with strategic responsibilities linked to quality of education including, teaching learning assessment, quality assurance and the progression of learners to positive destinations.
The impact of this role is to ensure all students have an outstanding learning experience, are retained at college where they develop their knowledge and understanding of their subject and the relevant skills for their next level of study or employment. We are looking for individuals who have a natural can do attitude, will embrace change and empower staff and students to achieve outstanding progress.
