We are looking for an experienced individual to join our team of outstanding Learning Area Managers who are part of the College Management Team. You will be a highly motivated manager who wants to be part of our journey.
You will be leading the college’s strategy for the technology curriculum, managing a team of multi-disciplined tutors covering courses in plumbing, carpentry, engineering, electrical installation at all levels up to level 4 and in addition to functional skills English and Math.
Our student numbers have increased consistently year on year and one of your primary objectives will be to grow the student numbers in our brand new technology site at Leighton Buzzard, and build on the strong relationships we have already established with local employers.
Project management and change management skills are desirable, a drive and an ability to assist the college in further improving overall achievement rates, outcomes and progression for all the students who attend this college, is essential.
