Director of Curriculum and Quality
What will you be doing?
City of Bristol College is seeking to appoint an experienced Director of Curriculum and Quality to design, develop and successfully deliver our further and higher education provision across the College and to achieve good quality in all aspects of provision. The post holder will be the College’s designated Ofsted nominee and will be responsible for all aspects of Quality assurance and improvement.
A critical success factor in this role is to accelerate the pace of improvement in classroom based and apprenticeship achievement rates so that they are close to the upper quartile nationally within two to three academic years.
The opportunity to prepare for and, in time, become a strong candidate for a College Principal role is implicit in this post.
You will be a confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with Colleagues, Students and Stakeholders both internally and externally.
