This 0.5 post is to lead on ESOL interviews for new applications, both jobcentre referrals, 16-18 and adults. A subject specialist qualification in teaching second language acquisition is required as well as experience of teaching ESOL. You need to be highly organised and experienced in administration, including use of ProSolution, Google sheets and MyAdmin. You will hold central responsibility for all ESOL new applications, as well as monitoring existing groups in the ESOL provision to ensure all groups are infilled throughout the year to maximise efficiency. The working hours are flexible over 18.5 hours per week. 10 hours assessing over four 2.5 hour sessions. 8.5 hours admin time, inputting interview outcomes and checking group sizes to infill.

As this is a part time role, the actual salary (based on the lowest point on the salary scale) will be approximately £10,673 pa (gross).
