The postholder will be required to coordinate, administer and understand the MIS & Exams function, ensuring compliance with statutory procedures, current funding methodology, College policy and departmental guidelines. They will ensure all student data and funding information is accurate, reliable and accessible, and provide high quality, customer-focused, professional service, by liaising and working effectively with other College staff, attending meetings and focus groups. They will be required to actively develop new systems and processes, improve efficiency and provide effective support and training to colleagues and allocated curriculum areas.
Duties and responsibilities
- Maintain and develop all MIS & Exams processes and systems, ensuring compliance with statutory procedures, College policy and departmental guidelines.
- Be responsible for ensuring all aspects of the student records systems (learner data, timetables, registers, courses, learning aims, base data, qualifications on entry, etc.) are reliable and accurate, supporting the ILR & Data Manager and liaising with the MIS & Exams Administrators in order to meet all official deadlines.
