Are you an experienced and skilled Plumber? Are you a qualified Assessor or have assessing experience? We are looking for you!
We are searching for an experienced and knowledgeable Plumber (Level 3 or above), who is also an Assessor or has assessing experience, to join our Apprenticeship Team, to help us deliver the outstanding assessment to a variety of apprentices on employer’s sites.
In this role as a Coordinator, you will be required to carry out workplace assessments with your assigned learners. As part of the role, you may also be tasked with a variety of duties, which include working closely with your learners, carrying out initial assessments of new learners, overseeing the effective sign ups and ultimately managing those learners through a successful apprenticeship. You will not be responsible for the delivery of the program, but you will be expected to work alongside the delivery team to ensure that each learner is on track.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and understanding of recent developments in training, assessing, and verifying, as well as knowledge of work-based learning standards/frameworks.

If you do not hold the qualifications outlined above but have a willingness to learn The Bedford College Group will support you to obtain these qualifications, alongside further teaching qualifications such as PGCE, Cert Ed or DET.
All appointments are subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks, including a satisfactory Enhanced criminal record with Barred List check through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
