We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader / Lecturer in our Brickwork department based at our new purpose built Construction Campus on Wirral Waters. As a Team Leader / Lecturer the successful candidate will be aligned to a Curriculum Manager whilst working under the College Campus Manager. As a Team Leader / Lecturer you will take ownership and monitor progression of all full-time study programmes across Brickwork whilst delivering elements of Brickwork qualifications ranging between level one and level two plus an element of apprenticeship delivery. As a member of the Brickwork team, you will demonstrate flexibility and show you are capable of quickly adapting to change maximising direct links with employers and enhancing employment opportunities for our students. Your priority will be to support your line manager by instilling quality whilst setting high standards and expectations for all students by implementing new initiatives and continually self-evaluating performance aimed at attaining outstanding success across the Brickwork department.
To be successful in this role we are looking for an experienced Lecturer who can evidence their previous success in education which can support our existing team to be outstanding. The candidate will work within strict deadlines and take ownership of their performance, in addition the candidate will also have experience of preparing and presenting to Awarding Bodies and preparing for both internal and external audits.
The successful candidate will hold relevant teaching and industry qualifications to deliver and assess at Levels 1 and 2.
