This is an excellent opportunity to join the Applied Learning Foundation (ALF) team to be responsible for the smooth running of our new English and Maths Upgrade project. Embracing our Learning Philosophy, you will work closely with the Directors of English and Maths and liaise directly with our external provider in order to facilitate the setting up, running and monitoring of the small group sessions that enable our GCSE English and Maths students to benefit from extra tuition in addition to their normal classes.
What do you need to be successful?
You need to be highly organised and computer-literate as well as being able to work independently to your own deadlines. An excellent communicator, you will be confident to take the initiative where appropriate. You will be adept at collating data and presenting it for others to view. You will work closely with all stakeholders to provide the best possible experience for our students, whilst ensuring that the managers, teachers and small group tutors understand the offer and are all kept fully informed. You will be able to draw on the expertise and support from the ALF team and colleagues across the organisation.
This fixed-term post can be based at any of our campuses, or as a remote post in the first instance. Part time applications will be considered as a job share opportunity.
