About the role
This role is to provide leadership on all aspects of quality improvement and learner experience through the implementation of the RNN Group's Quality Improvement, and Learner Experience Strategies. You will be accountable for the operational running of the RNN Group quality improvement teams as well as the learner experience and skills and employability tutor teams.

Have you got what it takes?
You will need to be effective and supportive leader, committed to education leadership and management through your practices in HE/FE. Alongside this, you will have had experience of operational delivery across varied areas of responsibility through effective planning and monitoring of performance against action plans and targets. You should have a degree or equivalent and hold a teaching qualification. Practical experience and understanding of the Education Inspection Framework is essential for this role.
