Senior HR Partner – £35,000 - £40,000
In this leading role, you will be an experienced and confident practitioner, able to self-manage a range of activities spanning Employee Relations, change projects, learning and development and wider organisational design.
Working with and supporting colleagues, we aim to uncover your strengths and align you to an interesting portfolio of work and projects. We are open to new ideas and ways of working so your creativity and ability to define and design innovative approaches to people management will be advantageous.
You will need to have successful experience of complex ER caseload management, working with multiple stakeholders and with sound knowledge of employment law. You do not need to have FE sector experience simply be willing to roll up your sleeves and proactive and excited about learning new terms and culture.
