To help us achieve this we are looking to recruit a proactive, dynamic Executive Office Administrator to join our Executive Administration Team, where in return you will receive excellent training and development opportunities, competitive conditions of employment which includes generous annual leave entitlement and excellent pension provided.

The role will report to the Head of Administration and Operations and offers the successful candidate an opportunity to work closely with the College's Senior Leadership Team. Based across the RNN Group primarily between Rotherham College/Dearne Valley College it would be advantageous to have a full UK license and access to your own vehicle.

Successful candidates will have experience in the following:

Working within a similar PA/ Admin role
Effective and strategic management of electronic diaries
Managing email including flagging items for action and monitoring progress
Typing / preparing correspondence, including presentations
Administration of meetings, including taking and transcribing the notes
Co-ordinating Events
Co-ordinating travel requirements, booking accommodation and preparing detailed itineraries
Extensive experience of working with Microsoft Office applications, specifically, Outlook, Word and Excel
Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy or willingness to undertake
