Salary of position - GBP 15,837 to GBP 17,525 per annum

About the Role




The Administrator is a key part of the Distance Learning Team that processes in the region of 3,000 learners and full cost provision. You will be committed to providing an excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.

You will support the team to achieve a number of key priorities, which will include the logging, chasing and monitoring of student work in line with the team processes and systems. You will work with academic staff to track data to ensure funding is maximised; input of work received on to the information system; the booking and arranging of inductions, visiting employer premises when needed to complete the paperwork.

This role will demand a high level of accuracy, excellent organisational skills and a flexible approach to work. Through a proactive, enthusiastic and customer focused approach you will help the Group achieve our mission. Your work will ultimately lead to increased number of enrolments, highly accurate data plus positive development of the College reputation.

What we are looking for:




We are looking for an organised, flexible individual with excellent customer service skills who is fully committed to the welfare of young people and vulnerable adults to help students reach their full potential. By doing so you will develop links with employers to provide our students with the opportunity to gain work placements that will support them to be work ready and go on to have successful careers. It is desirable to hold a Business Admin Level 2/3 qualification, and an Information and Guidance Qualification (IAG). Essential for Maths and English level 2 (C Grade) to apply for the role. If you don't hold an IAG qualification you must be willing to study for one.
