To support this aim, we would like to recruit a Student Engagement Lead to join our busy Student Services Directorate. The focus of this role will be to lead and develop the Student Engagement team across the group, ensuring group consistency for all learners to have an equal student experience.
You will ensure the services meet the needs of the students and work to proactively improve this, while also ensuring they meet national benchmarks and industry standards.
What do you need to be successful in this role?
The ideal candidate will be resilient and solutions focused and able to multi task with good planning and organisational skills with the ability to engage with staff and students. You will have experience of planning and coordinating events and be able to produce concise analysis/reports to measure the impact of services. You will ideally have knowledge and experience gained through performing a student-based role, of the issues that present as barriers to participation in education with a creative approach to achieving engagement and participation.
