Location: Central Campus, Sandwell, West Bromwich

As the ‘Further Education College of the year 2019’, we have an opportunity for an Assessor in Dog Grooming to join our Animal Care department, reporting into our Assistant Director for Animal Care. This role will be a fixed term contract until the end of July 2021.

You will be responsible for the training and assessment of a caseload of learners and ensure that course related documentation is maintained to a high standard. You will observe learners and complete observations of level 2 learners and record work relevant to this qualification.

To be successful, you will hold a subject level qualification of Level 3 or above, hold the relevant assessor qualification and also be able to demonstrate your experience of working within the industry. You will have the ability to translate your practice to our learners and have the motivation to inspire them to exceed their goals.
