The role holder will be responsible for leading the implementation and compliance of the educational functions of the Faculty. You will provide operational leadership support and deal with the demands of a geographically disperse team.

This is a fixed term role until June 2021 based at our Oxford campus. Travel to other campuses will be required at times.

What do you need to be successful in this role?

The ability to both lead and develop, and work as part of a team, is crucial. The successful candidate will be comfortable with taking an operational lead and delivering outstanding support to ensure good compliance of the faculty team. You will:

  • Have line management experience
  • Be driven and self-motivated
  • Have a track record in driving up standards and a solution focused approach to problem solving.

We are looking for a diligent and dedicated individual who has the ability to develop and drive continuous improvement within a dynamic team. It is critical that the successful candidate has excellent organisational skills, the ability to influence others and to work diplomatically to resolve complex situations. Previous experience of working in an FE environment would be an advantage.

What are the benefits of this role?

There really is no limit in terms of your personal growth, development and career by joining one of the largest Education Providers in the UK. You will have a comprehensive development program as part of induction together with peer to peer learning, a formal development plan and support at every step of the way to set you up for success.

We offer a buddy system, a digital induction module and a close-knit community of experts and leaders across the Group to support the sharing of best practice and encourage individual growth. We have extensive technology in place to develop digital capability and flexible working arrangements will be considered for the right candidate.
