Activate Learning is a pioneering education group which exists to transform lives through learning. The Faculty of Creative Industries is now recruiting for a Faculty Operations Manager.
Working closely with the Faculty Director of Curriculum Design, this role will drive operational improvements in an outstanding provision consisting of Visual Arts, Media, Furniture, Performing Arts and Music.
This is an important and high-profile role to support both the development of the Faculty Coordinator team and the faculty leadership team. The role holder will be responsible for leading the implementation and compliance of the educational functions of the Faculty. You will provide operational leadership support and deal with the demands of a geographically disperse team.
This is a fixed term role until June 2021 based at our Oxford campus. Travel to other campuses will be required at times.

It is critical that the successful candidate has excellent organisational skills, the ability to influence others and to work diplomatically to resolve complex situations. Previous experience of working in an FE environment would be an advantage.
