MidKent College is at the heart of the education sector in South East England, and a College which Ofsted recognised as Good for overall effectiveness, in a November 2018 inspection.

We are now looking to recruit a Performance & Data Analyst to provide high level, quality performance reporting on key data and information sets for the College. Reviewing, analysing, interpreting and disseminating information related to achievements and performance data, working with curriculum and support teams to monitor and audit data quality, whilst ensuring that data collection and review mechanisms are both efficient and effective. Working with the Reporting and Systems Development team to ensure that cross-college business intelligence and reporting is co-ordinated and compliments high-level data sets. 

You will have experience of working in a similar role. You will be educated to degree level or equivalent and have experience of using SQL to extract and present data. You will have proven experience of the use of ProAchieve to develop reports and have a proven understanding of Qualification Achievement Rates methodologies. It is essential that you have an understanding of the Individualised Learner Records specification and the mechanisms for production and return. You will also have knowledge of student records systems within FE, the experience of working with and analysing large data sets, the experience of developing records management processes and policies.
