Grade 5: £29,616.58- £35,995.07 per annum, pro rata (depending upon experience and qualifications)

HSDC-Alton is seeking to appoint two IT / Computer Science teachers with a strong commitment to student success to teach our developing and expanding Computing and IT provision on the Alton campus.
There are two permanent positions available, full or part-time beginning 2nd November 2020. Successful candidates will teach Level 3 BTEC Information Technology and/or Computer Science A Level. We are excited to launch the Digital T Level in Production, Design & Development as well as a new Higher National course in Cloud Computing for September 2021.
T Levels are new, two-year, technical study programmes, designed with employers to give young people the skills that industry needs. T Levels will provide a mixture of:
In addition to good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team, applicants should have a recognised Computing/IT qualification / Honours degree. Successful applicants will teach on relevant specialist areas including networking, interface design, programming, e-commerce, multi-media, animation, systems analysis and design and system security including cybersecurity.
