Student Registry Co-ordinator
We have great opportunity based at our Bedford campus for a Student Registry Co-ordinator to become a key member of our CIS- Student Registry department.
As a Student Registry Co-ordinator, you will play a key part in supporting the success of our students through:
- Co-ordinating student registry activities (Enrolment/Re-enrolment, Transfer, Withdrawal, Curriculum, Registers and Data Correction Exercises)
- Focusing on, and becoming an expert in, one of the following specialisms as directed by the Head of Student Registry: Apprenticeships or FE & HE Loans or EFA/AEB
- Actively pursuing queries with other CIS staff to ensure rapid resolution.
Our ideal candidates will have and
alongside the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs; Maths and English or similar at GCSE grade A*-C or equivalent
- Level 3 or above

Contract Type –Bedford College Professional Services Ltd (BCPS Ltd)
24 hours per week (0.6 FTE) / 52 weeks per year
25 holiday per annum, pro rata
