Activate Learning are currently seeking a Subcontracting Coordinator to join our Activate Apprenticeships team. You will be responsible for supporting the subcontracting process whilst making sure our subcontracting partners receive monthly funding payments and funding rule compliance is maintained.
Through supporting with the coordination of all subcontract meetings, you will identify issues and client requirements, facilitate pricing discussions, and obtain senior management input on timelines and deliverables.
You will carry out regular checks and evidence of learner engagement and where any issues do occur, you will ensure that these are highlighted immediately to all appropriate internal and external stakeholders, and assist in steering to an effective resolution.
This is a part time role of 30 hours per week (0.8 FTE) and fixed term until July 2021. Ideally the postholder will be based at our Bracknell campus, however there is some flexibility for the right candidate.
What do you need to be successful in this role?
Experience of working with apprenticeship subcontractors is essential, in addition to an understanding of apprenticeship ILR reports and good knowledge of apprenticeship funding rules.
We are looking for a highly organised, experienced and attentive individual, who is E-literate and can use a variety of databases and Excel to manipulate data and present information clearly. You will have a proven track record of maintaining strong and robust relationships with employers, learners and colleagues to ensure we are providing the highest quality service to all.
