The Quality Directorate at Luminate Group (FE Colleges) seeks to appoint a Quality Project Manager Apprentice interested in developing skills and knowledge of the Further Education sector whilst developing project management skills.

The role is an exciting opportunity and ideal for entrants to the sector who are quick learners and eager to develop their knowledge and skills of educational administration at the College and a foundation for future career development.

You will be pivotal in the development and management of key projects which will support the Quality Teaching and Learning team ranging from supporting the organisation of the annual teaching and learning conference; efficiency of data management and reporting; improvement of the teacher appraisal recording process; development of central portal for information.

Salary Rates for Apprenticeships are Age related:

Age 16 - 17 L4 £9,549

Age 18 - 20 L4 £13,215

Age 21 - 24 L4 £16,591

25 + L4 £16,822
