About Sir George Monoux College:
Monoux is a Sixth Form College for over 1700 students aged 16-19. We offer A Levels, vocational courses at levels 2 and 3, and GCSE resits. We are now in the top 10% of the country for the progress our students make from GCSE (this includes top 10% for disadvantaged students). 95% of our students advance to University or Apprenticeships, and 17% progress to Russell Group Universities.
About the role:
We are looking for an engaging and highly organised individual to join our experienced Careers & Employability team. Using excellent communication and customer service skills, you will generate new work experience opportunities for students as well as business partnerships for the College. You will also work closely with other members of the team to support the college employability programme.
This is an exciting role for someone looking to use their organisational and administrative experience to help young people gain an understanding of the world of work, in order to make a positive impact on their future career, university and apprenticeship choices.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level, with proven business, and networking experience. You may also have expertise in one or more of our curriculum pathways.
