We are currently recruiting for a Lecturer in Business and Human Resources to drive our continued success in providing high quality teaching and a passion for ensuring student success.
As an ambitious Lecturer, delivering inspiring and exciting Business and HR sessions, you will be a dynamic practitioner who promotes and upholds the same high expectations as the College and its' students. You will teach effectively across a range of Higher Education and Further Education programmes and also liaise with Cross-College areas to enhance the student experience and provide the widest range of opportunities to our students.
As a Lecturer, you will teach, relevant to subject specialism, up to 832 hours per year.
With a PGCE or Certificate in Education and a relevant degree, you will also possess a working knowledge of a range of professional and awarding bodies such as ILM and CIPD and have successful teaching experience of Business and Human Resources across a range of levels.
