You will have previous experience of providing mentoring and/or support in different settings and can demonstrate effective communication skills and effective practice in providing relevant vocational and pastoral advice and guidance. An understanding of learning programme requirements and assignment processes would be an advantage.
This post is linked to an apprenticeship qualification which you will be supported to complete. Candidates will also need a relevant business qualification or recent relevant commercial business experience and will have achieved a Level 2 or equivalent qualification in maths and English.
