We are currently recruiting for a Head of Division to effectively lead Creative Industries and Computing, providing effective leadership of staff, students, programmes and resources, assuring recruitment targets are met and ensuring the highest quality provision and outcomes for students.
The post holder will lead the commercial development for the division, including the sourcing and delivery of new income opportunities, as well as assuring the implementation of the College's quality management systems within the Division in order to achieve the highest standards. They will manage the admission, academic progress and associated welfare of students, as well as the supervision of all staff attached to the division.
With a degree or equivalent level qualification in a relevant subject area, the ideal candidate will receive a very competitive salary and must have:
- demonstrable experience of teaching on appropriate programmes,
- a thorough knowledge of industry developments and emerging trends
- experience of developing skills training to support industry skills gaps
