Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) Specialist Adviser

37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

£21,223 - £25,389 per annum

We are looking for a passionate SEND expert who can work as a key individual in ensuring the College meets its legal responsibilities throughout the EHCP Annual Review and funding application processes.

You will be based at the Norwich campus in the Student support department within Curriculum Services. You will manage a caseload of students, supporting them throughout their student journey from their transition from School, to supporting them with their next steps and preparation for adulthood. You will work closely with The Local Authority to ensure that students EHCPs are up to date and accurately reflect their Special Educational Needs and support requirements.

You will take a lead role to ensuring that EHCP Annual Reviews are completed to an excellent standard in liaison with students, their families, and internal and external stakeholders within the legal timeframes.

You will be part of a wider team of EHCP Advisors who have a specialist area of responsibility within the wider team of Curriculum Services support.
