This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and enthusiastic person to join a professional team, providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the team of Directors and the Clerk to the Board
You will have extensive experience of working in a busy office environment as a PA at senior management level and will possess an RSA Level 3 Typing / Word Processing certificate, together with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office.
You will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with people at various levels both internally and externally.
Your day-to day duties will include extensive diary management; report typing and formatting; minute-taking; arranging meetings and travel and preparing PowerPoint presentations, Excel Spreadsheets.
Working in a dynamic and challenging environment you will need to use your initiative, be self-motivated and have a pro-active and flexible approach.
