We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Educational Development Worker, to join a hard-working and vibrant team in supporting further development and implementation of targeted provisions for unemployed and hard to reach groups, as part of the College Adult Strategy.
You will work to encourage and develop positive employer participation and facilitate employability training and courses. You will also liaise with organisations, such as Job Centre Plus, statutory and voluntary organisations, to identify educational opportunities for hard to reach groups and individuals.
Educated to at least NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, you should have the ability to offer guidance and advice to 16+ clients. You will have experience of working with groups/agencies in a statutory and voluntary context and with 'hard to reach' individuals and groups.
