Our Funding and Information Department are currently looking for a full time Registry Assistant to provide efficient, customer focused administration services within the Registry Team. This will include tasks such as enrolments, taking payments, ensuring the collection and accurate input of data that meets the requirements of external funding agencies. With a focus on supporting cross college teams with the timely enrolment of Apprentices, Full Cost Provision and flexible learning provision.
The role requires promoting and providing an excellent customer experience as the first point of contact for enquiries from staff, students and the public, either in person, by telephone or email.
You will have experience of working in an administrative role and be able to produce documents and materials to a high standard of presentation, accuracy and speed. The role also requires experience of using database systems including information entry and interrogation.
