In this role you will work within our training kitchens under the direction of our team of Chef Lecturers. This is a demanding, fast paced and challenging role with high expectations in relation to hygiene and health and safety.
Previous experience working in a busy kitchen or food service environment is essential. You will need a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate or have a willingness to work towards one and Level 2 numeracy and literacy or be prepared to work towards.
Working Pattern is currently:
Monday - 1.00 pm - 6-00 pm
Tuesday - 1.00 pm - 6.00 pm
Wednesday - 12.00 pm - 6.00 pm
Thursday - 1.00 pm - 10.00 pm
