We are looking for a Student Liaison Adviser for our two City of Oxford College campuses to join our busy Group Student Support Team.

The purpose of this role is to ensure a safe, secure and welcoming environment for staff, students and campus visitors which includes supporting and inspiring students to comply with the code of conduct and achieve a high standard of behaviour.

This role enables students to develop a sense of student ownership and the adviser will have a proactive approach to support students who display challenging behaviours, and signpost/make referrals to the relevant support services available and support the wellbeing of our students

Within this role you will respond to incidents and support students through the disciplinary process as and when required.

The ideal candidate will be resilient and solutions focused and able to multi-task with good planning and organisational skills with the ability to engage with a variety of people. 

Therefore, if you are highly organised, IT literate, confident, customer focused and have the ability to interact with a variety of people in person, by phone and email, we would like to hear from you.
