The Estates and Facilities Department within the College require a Senior Estates and Facilities Supervisor who will take a lead in managing the day to day estates and facilities functions and will work on a flexible basis managing and covering the team work rota where necessary. Responsibilities will include ensuring excellent customer focus, building maintenance, statutory compliance, security, caretaking, procurement, transport, post, cleaning, team and contractor health & safety and all other estates and facilities operations and services required by the College.

You will monitor the in-house team developing and managing them to provide excellent levels of service, value for money and customer satisfaction. You will develop partnerships with suppliers and contractors to ensure value for money and levels of service are exceptional. You will obtain technical information and quotations for statutory compliance, repairs and new works as instructed by the Director of Estates & Facilities and be proactive in resolving maintenance issues with the in-house team in the first instance. You will also be required to undertake emergency/security call outs, taking effective control of any Security/Accident/Incident on site.

An industry relevant qualification is desirable as is a supervisory or management qualification. You should have Level 2 in both Literacy and Numeracy or willingness to work towards and achieve within two years
