Catering Lecturer & Course Leader for L1 City & Guilds Professional Cookery
The College is seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Catering to join an experienced, successful and dedicated team which offers a range of professional cookery courses in addition to developing a successful Cookery School and a training restaurant. The position is likely to focus on teaching on the City and Guilds Professional Cookery courses levels 1- 3, part-time courses, to course lead the Level 1 programme and facilitate students learning and achievement for both practical and theory. Recent industry experience is essential.
You should have relevant vocational experience in the catering industry including contemporary trends in catering, fine dining and appropriate professional cookery qualifications.
