We are currently looking for an MIS Assistant who will provide outstanding, flexible and proactive administrative support.   You will be expected to support customers and students in accessing information and advice regarding all functions within the Management Information Services (MIS) Department.   Being the first point of contact for queries, you will work as part of the MIS team to deliver high quality and timely services to the organisation.   Having a level 2 NVQ in Customer Service / Administration or equivalent would be advantageous.
