This position will suit an existing manager or team leader who is looking
to broaden their experience within an Outstanding College. You will be
leading a passionate, knowledgeable and committed team and play a key
part in ensuring that students with additional support needs have every
opportunity to thrive and achieve. You will have at least 5 years’ experience
of working with learners with learning difficulties/disabilities and have a
robust understanding of the support needs of learners with LDD. You will
have a Level 3 qualification or higher in learning difficulties/disabilities
related qualification along with a management or supervision qualification. Level 7 Diploma or SENCO qualification desirable.
