Counselling Supervisor (Fixed Term Opportunity)

The Manchester College has many Campus locations across Greater Manchester, each with its own specialist cutting-edge facilities within a friendly and supportive environment. We are the largest Further Education College in the UK providing education and training to a wide range of learners.

We now have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Counselling Supervisor on a fixed term (12 months, full time (37 hours per week) basis.

To provide a quality specialist counselling supervision service to learners that enrol on Level 5 counselling provision, working effectively and responsively with tutors to support learner progression and achievement whilst maintaining records provided in a confidential environment.

In order to do this, you will need:

Level 4 as a minimum qualification in Counselling or related area

Accredited by a recognised body e.g. BACP, UKCP, BPS or equivalent

Experience to supervise counselling students whom undertake counselling work placements

Relevant counselling supervisor qualifications and experience
