We are seeking a Director of Quality & Performance to provide visionary and dynamic leadership which drives organisational excellence with all aspects of Quality and Digital Learning.
The College has sound finances and was graded as ‘Good’ by Ofsted in 2017.
Following a sustained period of Good performance, Myerscough College is in an excellent position to push ahead and realise the goal of becoming an Outstanding college. Key to achieving this will be an impactful, results-focused Director, who will take ownership of quality cross-college and ensure that high standards are prioritised and consistently met. Reporting to the Vice Principal and working within the Senior Leadership Team, you will drive quality improvement and assurance through robust analysis and targeted performance initiatives. In addition, you will be instrumental in championing excellence in teaching, learning and assessment, rising to the challenges of the digital agenda and playing a lead role in developing our talented teaching and learning staff.
The successful candidate will have a passion for achieving standards and outcomes of the highest calibre, with a proven track record of delivering quality improvement in in a College environment. You will be adept in using data to achieve results and have strong analytical and report writing skills, together with the ability to inspire others and embed an aspirational, impacts-driven culture.

Salary: £34,264 - £50,246 per annum relating to qualifications and experience
