The right candidate will be providing high quality administrative support and customer service for our Higher Education team. You will also play a vital role in organising and promoting HE events.
You will need excellent organisational skills and the ability to monitor resources and organise a range of activities. You must be able to work proactively and forward plan to meet deadlines assess priorities for themselves across a variety of tasks, frequently under time pressure, to achieve agreed objectives and able to respond positively and flexibly to changing environments.
You will be providing exceptional customer service to a variety of students and staff. The right candidate will therefore be respectful of varying ages and backgrounds.
- Take ownership for administration processes for the Higher Education service
- Provide excellent customer service to all students and staff
- Forward planning throughout each academic year
Required qualifications, skills and experience
- Considerable administration background
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- A business administration qualification would be desirable
