We have a great opportunity to join the People & Talent Team as a HR Data Specialist on a fixed term (Until July 2021), full time (37 hours per week) basis.

As a HR Data Specialist, you will be reporting to the Business and Service Improvement Manager, the HR Data Specialist is responsible for the provision of timely, accurate and meaningful management information as requested by internal and external stakeholders.

The role will provide support to the wider HR team, optimising the use of data to support effective workforce planning and influence decision making around people, talent and performance.

In order to do this role, you will need:

Bachelor's degree in Information Management (or similar).

Broad experience of producing data using Business Objects.

Experience of providing a high-quality, responsive, customer-focused service.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience of Microsoft VBA coding.

Excellent organisational skills; particularly the need to manage a large and varied workload with competing timelines for completion.

Exceptional attention to detail and analytical / problem-solving skills.

Highly numerate, with the proven ability to understand, analyse, interpret and explain complex data and statistics.

Working knowledge of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) rules.
