Project Manager - Training & Skills

We are looking to appoint a Project Manager to develop and implement our Training & Skills offer, so that the college is able to support the needs of employers both locally and regionally.

You will be responsible for managing and monitoring various internal and external projects across our training offer, as well as developing our commercial training offer to existing and future partners across all areas.

Working with wider Business Development team and the Marketing department, you will lead on current and future training contracts such as SSW / SSR, Commercial training and AEB training.

To be successful in this role you will need to have recent successful experience in business development, a successful track record of monitoring and achieving targets as well as knowledge of effective customer focused marketing and sales techniques.

A good general standard of education is essential, with a professional qualification at Level 4 or above in a business or marketing specialism (or willingness to work towards) desirable.  Due to nature of this role, we would expect candidates to have a full driving licence and use of their own vehicle
