We are looking for a HR Assistant to support the friendly HR Team at Abingdon & Witney College, on a fixed term contract basis until July 2021.
The role involves providing administrative support for HR processes around recruitment, new starters, staff development and following up on records and updating the HR database (iTrent).
The successful candidate will have strong administrative skills, attention to detail, the ability to prioritise tasks and have confidence in working independently. You will also be competent in the use of IT.
Ideally, you will hold a level 3 CIPD qualification, have experience working within a busy HR Department and be confident to hit the ground running in the role. However, we will are also interested in someone who has exceptional administrative experience.
