Educational Pathways and Foundation Learning Administrator

We are currently seeking an Education Pathways and Foundation Learning Administrator to join our team on a full time, permanent basis to provide effective and efficient administration for the division and to act as the focal point for all enquiries from students, parents and employers.

Reporting to the Head of Education Pathways and Foundation Learning, the administrator will liaise across the college to facilitate smooth student administration processes as well as providing a range of administrative support for the division from organising parent evenings, open evenings and meetings to managing inboxes and undertaking financial administration. 

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate prior experience working in a busy administration or support role, including organising meetings and events and communicating with a range of stakeholders. Confident working independently, and with excellent organisational skills the administrator will demonstrate a pro-active approach to problem solving. Qualified to a minimum of Level 2 in English & Maths, candidate must have strong IT skills including familiarity with MS Office.
