Hourly Paid Right Start Officer, Fixed Term 5 weeks

The Head of Studies team now has the opportunity to invite applications for an exciting and challenging five week role as a Right Start Officer in September. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident individual with experience of working with students and who is comfortable to call students, parents and guardians to discuss attendance or course related issues. The role will also require you to meet with students and support them through their first steps in college.  This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on students.

The successful candidate will play a key role in:

  • Contacting students and parents/guardians   
  • Working closely with the Head of Studies team to support students
  • Recording details of any correspondence or actions on Pro-Monitor and liaise with curriculum and support teams.
  • Take an active and positive role in supporting the cross college community

To comply with legislation, you are required to obtain a DBS check for your role. We will be asking Protocol National Ltd/Esafeguarding Ltd to undertake this process on our behalf.
