An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Learning Technician to provide technical digital support to all users by operating a Helpdesk facility for staff and students, giving advice, guidance and training to users where necessary. You will be required to install, upgrade and maintain relevant hardware and software. You will manage the loan facility for equipment, including storage, booking systems and issuing. You will be highly motivated and maintain the highest standard of customer care whether in person, online, by phone or e-mail.
The successful candidate will hold an ICT qualification at level 2 or above and have Level 2 or above in maths and English; or equivalent. You will also have experience of working in a customer-focused environment and ideally you should also demonstrate experience of working in an IT role. The post will require you work across all Campuses but you will be based at Twelve Quays Campus. The post will involve working 37 hours per week.
