An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lecturer in Access to Psychology, who will contribute effectively to the successful learning experiences of students in the college through effective teaching and course management.
The role requires the candidate to teach effectively on a range of College Access courses and programmes to enable the students to achieve the goal or qualification which they are studying. They will develop course materials, schemes of work, lesson plans etc and ensure these are available through the colleges shared information system.
The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy and be qualified or working towards qualification and teaching or training experience in the relevant subject. To be successful in this role, you'll need to have excellent interpersonal and communications skills. You'll also have the ability to work effectively as part of a team (colleagues, students, parents and external bodies) as well as good IT Knowledge and sound administration skills.
